Scholarship Information & Application Churchland offers scholarships for high school seniors as a memorial to Chief Jim Swicegood and Board President Bobby Young. Amounts and awards are determined each year by the Churchland Fire Department Board of Directors. Applications are due by May 1st of each academic year. |
